The eyes tell a great deal about someone’s health and when you see big bright eyes it’s usually a good sign that things are working well internally. However, as well as having bright eyes, it also help to be able to see out of them too! With that in mind, the following recipe has been designed to not only brighten your eyes but also add a little 20/20 to your day.
- 1/2 medium pineapple
- 2 carrots
- 1 handful fresh flat-leaved parslay
- 1 small handful fresh mint
- ice cubes
Juice the pineapple, carrots and parsley. Dice a small amount of fresh mint and add to the juice Add ice to cool.

HOW WILL IT JUICE MY EYES?
